Mustafa is a Professional Engineer licensed in Texas and New York. He holds an undergraduate degree in Architecture, a graduate degree in Civil Engineering, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
Mustafa has over 25 years of experience in design and management of infrastructure projects, including Bridge Engineering, Sign Engineering, Construction Audit, Construction Project Management, and Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management.
He is a recipient of New York State Department of Transportation’s “Excellence in Engineering” award. One of his projects—Nepperhan Avenue Pedestrian Bridge in Yonkers, New York—has received a prestigious American Concrete Institute’s Annual award for excellence in design and aesthetics.
